Dust Development exists to create a better standard for residential development one that prioritizes sustainability, efficiency, healthy living, and long-term value.
Built on decades of construction experience, our mission is to develop homes and communities that perform better for people, the environment, and future generations.
Built to reduce environmental impact.
Designed for healthier indoor living.
Smarter homes with better performance.
Backed by real construction leadership.
For decades, the residential industry has prioritized speed and cost at the expense of energy performance, air quality, and long-term value. Dust Development exists to change that. We optimize for performance, health, and long-term value.
After years leading large-scale construction projects, Dusty Dallas gained a unique perspective on how buildings are designed, managed, and delivered.
That experience exposed both the strengths and shortcomings of traditional development.
Rather than continuing to build the same way everyone else does, Dust Development was founded to pursue a different vision—one where sustainability, health, efficiency, and thoughtful design become the foundation of every project.
We build smarter from the ground up, using precise planning and efficient methods that minimize material waste and construction impact on every project.
Our homes are engineered with fresh-air ventilation systems that filter and circulate clean air, protecting the health of everyone who lives there.
Every DUST home is designed to produce as much energy as it consumes — reducing environmental impact without compromising comfort.
Smart water solutions designed to reduce waste, improve efficiency, and support long-term sustainability without compromising comfort or performance.
Durable, long-lasting solutions built to withstand changing conditions and deliver reliable performance for years to come.
Creating better homes requires more than construction knowledge alone. It requires expertise in development, architecture, operations, interior design, and sustainability.

Dust Development’s leadership team has contributed to billions of dollars in construction and development projects across residential, multifamily, student housing, mixed-use, and build-to-rent sectors.
That experience provides something rare: The ability to combine ambitious ideas with practical execution.
A home should do more than provide shelter. It should support health, keep its occupants safe, reduce environmental impact, improve quality of life, and stand as a reflection of thoughtful design and responsible development. At Dust Development, we’re committed to helping shape a future where homes are built better to last the test of time, making building better the expectation, not the exception.
