Dusty is a native of Arizona, raised in the small town of Globe. He spent half of his life on a baseball field chasing his childhood dreams of playing pro baseball. After playing 4 years of college baseball, Dusty transferred to ASU where he received a business degree from ASU WP Carey. While finishing his degree, he worked in the field as a pipe fitter welder. He worked on large scale projects like Civic Center in downtown Phoenix. After graduating, he moved into the office and began his career in project management. He worked his way up from his entry level position as quantity surveying at Intel to Director of Construction for a national Build to Rent developer. He started Dust Development to build homes to a higher standard while being sustainable. His passion for the earth stems from spending time camping and hunting outdoors as a child. Dust enjoys spending time with his wife and two children. My Friends call me Dust.
